If you have a healthy diet you're less likely to have bad breath. If you get lots of fruits and vegetables and healthy carbohydrates, you won't be putting out bad odors.

5. Change Your Personal Hygiene

Change your personal hygiene. If you use the same toothpaste and mouthwash on a dly basis, change them up. If your toothpaste and mouthwash have been sitting in the same contner for days, you'll find that you need to brush your teeth and use the mouthwash agn.

If you have gum disease you're going to have bad breath. If you avoid smoking and get rid of plaque and tartar on your teeth, you'll avoid gum disease. A dentist will tell you that if you stop smoking, you can have as many teeth as you'd like! And once you have clean teeth, you'll have a great breath!

Change your r freshener. Over time, your r freshener will become less effective. Try to change your r freshener at least every two to three months. If you don't change it every two to three months, you're just asking for a bad odor.
